Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott Tupelo

Despite the repetitive phrase “due to the pandemic” we know longer have hot breakfast, the breakfast setup and food was Outstanding. Lots to choose from, brown bags for carry out provided, a variety of drinks, etc. We were quite please, never will take the place of hot breakfast, but nevertheless very exceptional. I would like to congratulate the Fairfield staff for EXCELLENT & EXCEPTIONAL customer service. The staff is quite providing, very nice and friendly. The rooms were very clean and spacious, provided fridge and microwave in the room was a plus! It was quiet also, I did not hear from other guests like some other hotels. Location was awesome, 8 minutes or less from family residents, hotels, shopping, restaurants, banks, gas stations, etc. The only thing missing was a safe to keep our valuables, so we had to take them with us every time we left the property. This could have been a higher rating if not for the pool incident.

The only problem that I have is that I cannot for the life of me remember the name of the Front desk person when we checked in. SUPER NICE AND VERY HELPFUL AWESOME!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

All staff were so friendly and interested in us and where we were from. Impressed with housekeeping, front desk and breakfast assistants.
